Whenever night fell and her surroundings turned quiet, Feena would reminisce

about the past. Her heart would throb whenever she recalled how helpless Jack had looked at that moment.

"Thankfully, I was given a chance to make it up to you. That night, when we were out at sea, I made a wish on the shooting star. I had missed you once. If God gave me a second chance, I wasn't going to miss you a second time. As long as I have you for the rest of my life, I'll be satisfied."

Jack was immensely moved by Feena's heartfelt confession. The feelings he had for Phoebe and Bella disappeared like a puff of dispersing smoke, leaving only Feena in his heart.

Although the path to love was filled with twists and turns, as long as it was able to find its way back onto the intended track, everything would turn out alright.

"Darling, could you take off the outer layer of my sleep clothes for me?"

Feena's vice was soft but alluring. No man would be able to resist such a blatant invitation. Gently, Jack stripped Feena of her sleep clothes.

Feena recovered some of her strength after having breakfast. She said softly, "Do you have things to do today? If you don't, can you accompany me to rehearsals, please?"

"I don't have anything planned for the day, so I can go with you." Jack agreed easily. After tidying up the room, he left together with Feena.

Meanwhile, Emily called him, asking him where he was. When he told her that he was with a friend, she immediately asked if the friend was a man or a woman, and how many people he was with. Jack answered her barrage of questions honestly, but he was still annoyed by Emily's overly detailed questioning.

Emily was very bright. She was overcome with happiness when she heard Jack's answers, and made sure to tell him to have fun. She also reminded him to treat Feena to a good time. She even asked Jack if he needed extra funds, telling him that she could transfer a few million dollars to him that he could spend as he pleased.

She was even ready to prepare a luxury yacht that was worth hundreds of millions of dollars that was parked in Wictoria Bay for Jack to use. He could bring Feena onto the yacht to have a good time. They would be able to admire the best scenery while also enjoying the best service available.

However, Jack rejected all her suggestions. It was ridiculous to spend a few million dollars and use a luxury yacht that was worth hundreds of millions of dollars just because he had a girlfriend now.

Emily felt helpless at Jack's

rejection, but she knew that she couldn't force him. In the end, she reminded him to take care and not overexert himself. He had to treat Feena well and not disappoint her When he had some free time, he should bring Feena home and introduce her to Emily and Quintis. Emily was only willing to hang up after she nagged Jack a little more.

In the past, Emily had assumed that Jack and Wilhelmina would become a legally-wedded couple. However their relationship was completely broke now, so Emily hoped that Jack would bring a few good worfen back home with him. It would be ideal if they could produce sons and daughters soon. Curious, Feena asked him who he was talking to. After Jack told him that he was simply speaking to a relative, she didn't push the subject. She wondered to herself since when did Jack have relatives in Tarthy City.
